NOTES: Owned by the City of Salem and managed by the Salem Housing Authority, Pringle Creek Tower provides housing for seniors citizens of modest means. Completed in January, 1976, the 11-story Pringle Creek Tower contains 62 one-bedroom apartments, 42 with balconies. Funding: $1.55 million - Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); $.95 million - Salem Urban Renewal Agency.
