NOTES: The First Methodist Church and Capital Center downtown are the most prominent landmarks for this west view from the Observation Deck of the Capitol. Within the structure viewed in the lower left corner are offices of Oregon Representatives and the House Chamber. The park below is another popular place where visitors feed the Capitol squirrels. Bagged peanuts are available at the Capitol Gift Shop.
