Salem Oregon's Tallest Building Is...?

Prominent in this view is the Capital Center (Tour Location B) which provides some of Salem's finest office space. The Capital Center is Salem's second-tallest building. The First Methodist Church is said to be taller, but by how much I'm as yet unable to learn. To the right of the Capital Center you can see the Reed Opera House with four trees along its north, red brick exposure. At 5:00 from "The Reed" is the white marble-clad Wells Fargo Bank on Liberty and Chemeketa Streets NE. There's a red and black sign visible against the bank's east wall.
