Dominated by a rooftop view of clearstory windows on Mervyn's Department Store, there's still quite a bit to pick out on this photo. Two skybridges join Mervyn's to Salem Center downtown shopping mall. The nearest skybridge is extra wide and has small retail "shops" along its west side. The large fir trees in the photo/center are in Marion Square Park at Commercial and Marion Streets. The westbound Marion Street Bridge and Front Street offramp are visible to the left of the fir trees.
