The Equitable Center is one of Salem's premier downtown office buildings. The seven-story structure was built in 1978. It provides high quality office space for private business and includes a "plaza" of retail stores and eateries with outside access. The Plaza is to the right behind the free curbside parking. Surrounding trees are just beginning to leafout while Red Azaleas bloom in the foreground.
