NOTES: Looking south you can see Liberty Street on the left. The rooftop at the bottom of the photo is the City's public parking garage at Ferry and Liberty Streets. Immediately above the garage, in order are: the Ramada Inn, Fire Station 1 and Salem's City Hall complex. The patch of blue water to the right of City Hall is the Willamette River slough that runs parallel to South River Road.
