The Oregon Capitol Mall Sprague Fountain complements the Cherry trees in full blossom. This year, the bloom was very late due to unusually chilly nights and low daytime temperatures. There is no date-certain for this cherry tree bloom, but usually it falls between the 15th & 21st of March, as early as the 11th. This photo taken Monday, March 24, 2008.
