The trick here, if there is a trick, is to dub loose and bushy. This will save time picking the body. With a little practice, no picking is necessary, just a little grooming and tugging errant dubbing fibers out of the way. I usually spin the dubbing in three steps, building a body that's nice and scraggly. A dubbing loop does a good job if you like that method.
You want the "buggy" look of a well-picked fly. I believe it makes a real difference in the way this fly fishes, so tie it buggy. Work your way forward and build an ample head. Double whip finish.
