The Gothic Tudor motif
is repeated throughout Historic Elsinore Theatre.
Here the theme appears in one of a dozen stained glass windows, masterworks executed by Albert Gerlach & Povey Brothers Glass of Portland, Oregon.
The wall finish surrounding this window is constructed to represent an actual stone castle. This wall treatment is found throughout Historic Elsinore Theatre. Its construction consists of plaster applied over lath, textured, dyed & rubbed with burlap to portray tooled, fitted stone. Even up close, it looks authentic.
